CONTEST
It's time to finish that hat and put on a happy face because the BroadwayCon 2024 Cosplay Contest is officially accepting entries!
We're looking to see how you brought the characters that we love to life off-stage! Whoever or whatever you are from Brigadoon to Belleville, you're welcome to enter!
The contest will take place on Sunday, July 28, 2024.

Here's the process:
Registration
To reserve entry, each contestant must register online via this form or register on-site during the allotted check-in period. We have a limited number of slots open and all contestant entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the slots are filled up, there will be a waitlist.
Check-In
There will be a designated time period on Sunday, July 28th for contestants to check-in and have a picture taken of their finished costume. If a contestant doesn't check in during one of these periods, they will lose their spot and it will be given to someone on the waitlist.
Finalists
Contestants will be notified who the finalists are by midday on Sunday, July 28th. Those finalists will move on to a final judging session that will take place later that afternoon.
Cosplay Parade and Winners
All contestants are welcome to participate in the parade that will take place on the MainStage. Each finalist will have 30 seconds on stage to discuss their costume. The winner will be announced at the end of the parade.
Overall Categories
Best in Show: this is the highest title to win for the Cosplay Contest. Judges will be looking for mastery in construction, vision, and overall completed costume. There will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
