COSPLAY CONTEST
It's time to finish that hat and put on a happy face because the BroadwayCon 2026 Cosplay Contest is officially accepting entries!
We're looking to see how you brought the characters that we love to life off-stage! Whoever or whatever you are from Brigadoon to Belleville, you're welcome to enter!
The cosplay contest will take place Sunday, January 25, 2026.

REGISTRATION
To reserve entry, each contestant must register online via this form or register on-site during the allotted check-in period. We have a limited number of slots open and all contestant entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the slots are filled up, there will be a waitlist.
CHECK-IN
There will be a designated time period on Sunday, January 25 for contestants to check-in and have a picture taken of their finished costume. If a contestant doesn't check in during one of these periods, they will lose their spot and it will be given to someone on the waitlist.
FINALISTS
Contestants will be notified who the finalists are by midday on Sunday, January 25. Those finalists will move on to a final judging session that will take place later that afternoon.
PARADE & WINNERS
All contestants are welcome to participate in the parade that will take place on the MainStage. Each finalist will have 30 seconds on stage to discuss their costume. The winner will be announced at the end of the parade.
