What is BroadwayCon?

BroadwayCon is a three-day convention where fans can meet and interact with their favorite Broadway stars. It's a showcase of some of Broadway's newest and most exciting shows. It's a place where industry professionals can learn about the ever-changing fandom landscape, and Broadway’s biggest names can work one-on-one with the next generation of up-and-coming performers.

Most of all, BroadwayCon is a place where fans can come together to celebrate their passions and revel in the magic that is the theatre.

BroadwayCon 2023 takes place July 21–23 at the New York Marriott Marquis. Premium, full-weekend, and single-day passes are available for purchase here

What if I am already a BroadwayCon passholder?

The Ozdust Ballroom special event is a separately ticketed event which may not be included with your BroadwayCon ticket. Platinum Passholders receive complimentary entrance to the Ozdust Ballroom. All other BroadwayCon attendees will receive a coupon code to purchase a discounted ticket for the Ozdust Ballroom event. All BroadwayCon passholders will receive an email with more information to the address used on the original ticket purchase.

Is this event accessible for people with mobility concerns?

Absolutely! We strive to make BroadwayCon accessible to anyone who wishes to be involved, whether they are attendees, exhibitors, volunteers, presenters, press, or staff! We do our best to shape our event space in a way that takes into account a variety of accessibility needs, from hearing difficulties to mental health or even allergies. However, we cannot predict every individual's unique needs, so we offer several ways for all individuals in attendance to give us more information about their specific access needs:

  • We will be sending around a form via email to everyone who will be in attendance which will ask for identifying information, offer a checklist of potential access needs (including space to fill in your own), and give space to expand more in writing.

  • If you would rather reach out proactively, we invite you to email us at or reach out to your specific point person if applicable.

We strongly encourage you to share your access needs with us in one of these ways so that we can customize your experience. More information about accessibility at BroadwayCon 2023 for attendees who have any type of physical, mental health, or other disability needs can be found here.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Yes! You are encouraged to take photos and share your experience at the event on your personal devices. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Can I purchase my ticket at the event?

Tickets may be available for purchase at the event if inventory is available. If tickets sell out prior to the event, no tickets will be sold at the event. The best way to guarantee your attendance is to purchase your ticket in advance.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes, drinks are available for purchase! Non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks available. Must be 21+ to consume alcohol.

Do we have to come in costume?

No, while wearing WICKED, and other Broadway-themed costumes are encouraged, they are not required.

Will there be cast members or celebrities there?

The Ozdust Ballroom will feature live performances and surprise appearances. Even more information about what to expect at the event is coming soon!

Is there an age limit?

There are no age restrictions for attendees. However, our recommended minimum age is 11. Please note that alcohol will be served at this event.

Is there a Code of Conduct?

Yes, of course! A huge piece of the Mischief Management mission is creating a fun, safe, accepting, and welcoming space where fans can celebrate what they love. The safety and security of all attendees is of the utmost importance to us. As such, we have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind and reserve the right to remove any person who violates that policy. You can read more about it here.
